Yes I was fortunate enough to attend the first ever Shout Awards brought to you by 8TV. For those who don't know what the Shout Awards is, it is actually an award show acknowledging the people within the music, flim & television and radio industry.
Fly Fm who was the official radio station of the event, had their segment "Fly Fm Rush Hour" broadcast live directly from the venue. Besides that they also had a red carpet interview and walk for the celebrities.

The event represent our local scene and I believe it has done good. It has inspired more local artist to strive harder to reach a higher level and hopefully win a Shout Award of their own. Despite being it's first eyar, I am very much impressed with the management of the event as there were lack of delays, performance was top notch, there were very few technical difficulties and they hired Marion Caunter to entertain me all night=)
