Can you believe it? We have already past the half mark of 2010 and time isn't slowing down for anybody or anything.
When I first came to Melbourne, Kevin Rudd was still prime minister. Today, Julia Gillard, represents the first woman prime minister of Australia and there may yet be a third prime minister this coming year with the general elections 26 days away.
Yes it has been interesting times!
Although what happens in the general election 2010 in Australia this year might not directly effect me, I have taken a great interest considering politics is my contextual major and I have found all the debates, policies and what not rather interesting.
If I could request anything from the two parties and candidates to change (from an international student point of view) is to please ask every single university including RMIT, to stop charging me money for my official academic transcripts and RECEIPT for my semester fees!
Thankfully they didn't print out the results onto A4 paper cause I would have just gone ballistic!
No words need to be said, except I'm gonna miss those two, knowing that the last time I'll see them in at least a year was at Cade Way, Parkville, Melbourne.
(The Living Legend is happy to be back at uni and seriously needs to get better results)
