Grateful

Amazingly the news regarding my result for this semester has spread like fire and to be honest I felt quite touched with everybody's reaction. I honestly thought that when the day came I would be in a bad shape due to the mediocre results I expected to get but amazingly enough, I received not fantastic but decent grades:

Communication Histories & Technologies 72 (Distinction)
General News Reporting 72 (Distinction)
Politics Communicated 71 (Distinction)
Strategic PR Planning 81 (High Distinction)

Overall GPA 3.25

Definitely not as good or 'colourful' as compared to my Limkokwing days but it is a decent result nevertheless.

This whole year, I questioned myself many times on why did I even choose to come to Melbourne. I found it astonishingly filled with bigoted Asians, disappointing winter and rather 'too perfect' or systematic. Admittedly, I had road trips, I enjoyed 4 seasons for the first time in my life and I attended a university that had money to spend and facilities to kill.

Looking back at it, I do not regret my decision going overseas to study but my heart still lies at London, which is why I am currently under the 'consideration process' by my university to participate in a student exchange to the University of Westminster next September for one semester.

While I will most probably not get the offer due to the highly competitive nature of such activities, I have at least left myself a good opportunity to be considered for it.

Till then,

(The Living Legend is so excited for China he can barely sleep)
