Yes I have succumb to the pressure of being a university student! No I have not started smoking (Kong Min Hui=p) but I have resorted to having a latte on a regular basis.
Caffeine is indeed a necessity for all university students as it will be your best friend in assisting you to stay up during boring lectures and also during those long nights when you have an assignment due the day later.
Anyway, last Wednesday RMIT had a "Study Abroad Fair" and who am I to say no to a second chance of going to England?
This was the inner part of the fair consisting of representatives from Sweden, Denmark, England and etc.
While outside here is where the United States, Mexico and Canada were situated.

The fair was not as big as those education fairs we had back in KLCC or Mid Valley but still nevertheless popular amongst RMIT students. After thorough research and discussions with the student advisors, I found out that I was eligible to do an exchange to a variety of universities in the US, UK and Canada during my semester 2 of the next year.
So here are my top choices (Help me choose, cause I can only apply for one):
- Leeds Metropolitan University
- Oxford Brookes University
- University of Maryland
- Purdue University
Yes as you can see England is at the top of my list but then again as much as I would love to go to the UK, the universities from the US (Purdue and Maryland) are two top universities. Which basically means those huge ass universities you usually see on television shows with huge ass football stadiums and etc.
Anyway as promised, below are some of the pictures I have been taking of the RMIT City Campus:
I'm more than half way through my semester and I have to say that RMIT is everything I have expected it to be and more. The classrooms are very advanced (technology wise), the lecturers are well qualified (too qualified in my opinion), the girls are awesomely hot (especially in trench coats) and the locals have been very friendly to me (besides the usual are you Chee Moon, Mun or the latest Wong Chee confusion) .
But as Alicia See mentioned in her blog and MSN status several times this week, I miss home.
(The Living Legend is proud of his results so far but is still very concerned about his capability in understanding politics, economies, businesses)
