Fitness First & Me

At recent times Fitness First has become my second home,besides school of course.I spend most of my afternoon weekdays here and ocationally on the weekends as well.

I wasnt always into going gym and working out but suddenly 1 day when me n a bunch of my friends were hanging out i just thought of giving gym a try and i went to the club in summit and i ask for a quotation of the price and this membership consultant felicia,gave me a very irisistable price and i have to say she is a very gd sales person as if it wasnt for her i dont think i would be in Fitness First today.










Fitness First also has very friendly workers and also personal trainers not like some other gyms where they have big personal trainers but because your a small kid they dont pay much attention to you or even say hello but in Fitness First i have made lotsa friends.

Shan(my personal trainer who is the most friendly among all and has help me so so much) Marc(how can i forget him,he is the most funniest yet strong and short trainer over there,he always gives me work out and supports him whenever i need him)
